Optimization of optical design of the master amplifier in multi-pass off-axis amplification system

摘要 应用系统像差控制和鬼点追迹理论,采用分段优化、整体校合、整体优化的思想,对采用离轴多程放大的高功率固体激光装置的主放大级部分进行了系统光学优化设计.并将设计的结果与优化前的系统进行了对比,为今后此类系统的光学设计提供了参考. Using the aberration control and ghost image tracing theory and the idea of partial optimizing, integration and complete optimizing, the optimization of optical design of the master amplifier in a 4-pass off-axis amplification system is accomplished. The work provides guidance for the system optical design in the high power laser facility.
