摘要
最近根据区域平衡发展的需要,中央提出中部崛起战略.根据经济增长极理论,中部地区的崛起需要一个区域性的一级增长极城市和各省区内部的二级增长极城市,从交通通达性的角度,分别从总运输距离、通达性系数、位势和铁路航空便捷度方面,对中部六省会城市进行了科学的比较.结果显示,武汉在所有的比较项目中均处于绝对的领先优势,郑州和长沙次之,太原优势最不明显,因此文章认为武汉是中部崛起过程中的核心增长极城市.
According to the need of the region balanced development, the Central Committee has proposed the develop-the- middle strategy. On the basis of theory of Growth Pole, the central area of china needs a regional level city growth pole and several provincial level city growth poles. This article has carried on comparison among the six provincial capitals from points of transportation distance, acceasbility coefficient of the city, the position potential and the convenience of railroad and aviation. The result indicates that Wuhan city has the absolute superiority in all comparisons projects, Zhengzhou city and Changsha city are next. At last, the article suggests that Wuhan city is the growth pole city in the implenaentation of the develop-the-middle strategy.
