摘要
NdFeB磁体热稳定性较差,在较高温度使用时不可避免会产生磁通不可逆损失。本文通过讨论,提出一种用来评估磁体热稳定性的方法。文中提出的无量纲算式,较好地说明了磁体磁通不可逆损失与磁体矫顽力、方形度、使用温度、磁体规格之间的关系,可对磁通不可逆损失做出大致的预测评估。
The thermal stability of Nd-Fe-B is bad. The flux irreversible loss becomes inevitably at higher temperature. A new method for estimating the flux irreversible loss of Nd-Fe-B magnets for the application at higher temperature is proposed. The non-dimensional value designated the relation between coercive force, square degree, aging temperature, the dimensional condition of the magnetic circuit and the flux irreversible loss, and it can be used as the parameter to predict the irreversible loss of the flux.
