摘要
本文介绍一种工作在光通信实用的1.31μm波段上的激光功率标准装置。该装置的标准探测器采用孪生式平面型微量热计结构,用直流电功率校准激光功率,具有准确度高、受环境温度变化影响小的特点。光源采用窄谱的单模半导体激光源。整套标准装置由一台微型计算机控制,操作简单,使用方便。在低于100μW的微小功率范围,用一台线性度好且灵敏度高的光电型光功率计作量值传递,提高了该标准装置的实用性。
A 1.31μm laser power standard for optical fiber communication has been developed. Its principle is based on the calorimetric method by using the DC substitution technique, so it is high in accuracy and less affected by the environment temperature changes . A single-mode semiconductor laser with narrow spectrum is used as the optical source. The whole standard set is controlled by a microcomputer,with which makes the standard easy for use . In the power range below 100μW, an optical power meter with photodiode of good linearity is used to trace the value measured by the standard in the same level.
