摘要
本文通过国内外相关文献对高碳铬轴承钢冶炼工艺探索及质量控制方面的研究,借鉴相关成功经验,并根据现阶段工艺设备条件,对鄂钢电炉炼钢厂开发高碳铬轴承钢GCr15在冶炼工艺方面提出注意事项及改进措施,以保证所生产GCr15质量,从而满足用户使用要求。
According to the investigation of melting process for high C 2- Cr bearing steel and quality control from internal and external documents, relevant and successful experiences and present conditions of process and equipment, the paper puts forward attention points and its improvement measures on melting process of high C - Cr bearing steel GCr15 for EAF steelmaking plant to improve GCr15 quality and meet the customer＇s requirements.
