摘要
为了减少CO2焊的焊接飞溅,提高电弧稳定性,设计了基于数字信号处理器dsPIC30F6010控制的CO2弧焊电源控制系统。具体介绍了数字信号处理器(DigitalSignalProcessor,简称DSP)的特点、信号检测电路、移相控制电路及IGBT驱动电路,并给出了系统的波形控制方案及软件框图,进行了焊接工艺实验。实验结果表明,该控制系统动态响应快速,配合波形控制有效地提高了电弧稳定性。
In order to diminish the spattering and improve arc stability, a CO2 arc welding control system based on dsPIC3OF6010 is designed.The character of Digital Signal Processor (DSP),the signal detecting circuit,the phase-shifting control circuit and the IGBT drive circuit are discussed.The waveform control scheme and the software flow chart are presented.Experimental results show that the control system has fast dynamic response and improves arc stability effectively with the waveform control.
