摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定中药中白桦脂酸的含量。方法:采用 Hypersil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,柱温40℃;乙腈-水-冰醋酸(70:30:0.08)为流动相,流速1 mL·min^(-1),检测波长207 nm。结果:白桦脂酸在7.04~176μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9991)。药材酸枣仁中白桦脂酸的平均回收率(n=9)为99.96%。结论:方法简便、准确,重现性好。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination betulinic acid content of the traditional Chinese medicines, nethod:Betulinic acid was separated on a Hypersil C lsCOlumn (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - water - glacial acetic acid(70: 30: 0. 08 ) at a flow rate of 1 mL · min ^-1 ,the detected wavelength was 207 nm. Results:The linear calibration curve was well obtained in the concentration range of 7.04 - 176 μg 2 mL^- 1 (r = 0. 9991 ). The recovery of betulinic acid in Semen Zizpphi Spinosae was 99.96% ( n = 9). Conclusion:The method is proved to be convenient, accurate with good repeatability.
