摘要
目的：探讨心理护理干预对经皮肾穿刺活检术患儿的影响。方法：对84例肾穿刺活检术的患儿进行心理问卷调查,并针对不同的心理行为给予护理干预。结果：干预后患儿的心理问题发生率较干预前显著下降(P＜0．005)。结论：在肾穿刺活检术过程中实行相应护理干预,能有效地改善患儿的心理状态,保证手术顺利进行。
Objective： To investigate influence of mental nursing intervention for patients after biopsy of kidney. Method： We analysed their mental charaters and given nursing intervention to their difference behaviour. Result： The incidence rate of mental problem decreased significantly after intervention （P 〈 0.005）. Conclusion： Nursing intervention had effects on improving mentation of patients and guaranteed the operation of biopsy of kidney.
