Clinical study of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction complicated by acute pulmonary edema

摘要 目的:探讨经鼻(面)双水平气道正压通气(BiPAP)在急性心肌梗死(AMI)并发急性肺水肿的疗效。方法:对21例AMI并发急性肺水肿的患者进行BiPAP治疗,观察通气治疗前后临床变化及其相关指标并进行统计分析。结果:除1例患者因为病情过重,抢救无效死亡外,其余20例患者经过通气治疗后呼吸频率、心率以及血气等相关指标明显改善(P<0.05),患者症状明显好转,有效率达95%。结论:应用BiPAP治疗AMI并发急性肺水肿能明显改善缺氧和心功能,缓解患者的症状,在抢救该类患者中有着重要的作用。 Objective:To investigate the efficacy of nasal (facial) Bi-level mask positive airway pressure (BiPAP) ventilation in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) complicated by acute pulmonary edema.Methods:21 patients with AMI complicated by acute pulmonary edema were treated by BiPAP accessory machine.The chnical changes and related parameters before and after the treatment were observed and analyzed by statistics.Results:After treatment by BiPAP accessory machines,the clinical symptoms and related parameters of 20 patients were significantly improved except 1 patient died.Conclusion:The use of BiPAP mechanical ventilation therapy could improve hypoxia,heart function,symptoms,and it is an important method in the treatment of patients with AMI complicated by acute pulmonary edema.
