摘要 采用Negishi反应方法,对反应条件进行了优化和改进,以对氯甲苯和邻溴苯基腈为原料,对氯甲苯和镁粉先制成格氏试剂2,然后在溴化亚铜的催化下,通过格氏反应,和邻溴苯基腈进行偶联,以48%的收率制得目标化合物,该方法操作简便,适宜于大规模生产。 A practical and convenient synthesis of 2- Cyano -4' - methylbiphenyi was described. The compound 1 was synthesized via Negishi reaction and the method was modified and optimized. In the first 4 - chlorotoluene reacted with Mg to generate Grignard reagent 2, then the compound 2 coupled with 2 - bromobenzonitrile under the catalyzed of CuBr to produce the target compound in 48 % yield.
