摘要
分别以乙醚、正己烷作为有机溶剂提取大蒜挥发油,研究其对锯谷盗的控制作用.结果表明,2种有机溶剂提取的大蒜挥发油对锯谷盗均具有较好的驱避、种群抑制和熏蒸作用,对锯谷盗幼虫具有较强的触杀作用.乙醚提取的大蒜挥发油对锯谷盗的驱避作用和熏蒸作用优于正己烷.
Garlic essential oils were extracted by Soxhlet with two different organic solvents, anhydrous diethyl ether and n-hexane respectively, and their controlling effects on Oryzaephilus surinamensis were detailedly investigated in the paper. The results showed that the two kinds of garlic essential oils extracted with anhydrous diethyl ether and n-hexane both possessed significantly strong repellency, population inhibition and fumigation activities on O. surinamensis adults, and had strong contact-killing effects on O. surinamensis larvae. Particularly, the garlic essential oils extracted with anhydrous diethyl ether could more effectively repel and fumigate O. surinamensis than the garlic essenlial oils extracted with n-hexane.
