摘要
把彼得·圣吉学习型组织理论,应用到研究生学习当中,以期通过团队学习,改善研究生的学习方法,提高研究生学习效果。通过对团队学习的概念以及团队学习的特征、目的的介绍,从学习本质、学习方法、学习效果分析了研究生为什么要团队学习;就共同愿景的修炼、深度汇谈的掌握和习惯性防卫的消除等方面论述了研究生学习型团队的建构。
The Learning-oriented Organization Theory of Peter Senge is of importance for graduates to improve learning methods and to enhance learning effect through team learning. By introducing the concept, the characteristics and the purpose of team learning, this paper analyzes the reasons why graduates have to make use of team learning from the perspective of the nature, the methodology and the effect of learning. It then discusses on the construction of learning-oriented team of graduates in terms of building up shared vision, mastering deep dialogue and eliminating habitual defense.
