摘要
针对GZ3-1型固定式起重机变幅机构安全可靠性差及变幅钢丝绳使用寿命短的情况,分析了变幅机构存在的问题,提出了相应的改造方法。并对改造前后变幅钢丝绳的使用情况进行比较,结果表明改造成功。
For the ease that the safe and reliable nature of GZ3 - 1 ＇ s mould fixed hoist changing width falled and the insurance steel cable beeomed short , and has analysed the problem existed in the organization, has put forward the corresponding transformation method. And has indicated transforming successfully by comparing the use circumstances of steel cable before and after the transforming.
