摘要
在江苏锡钢集团公司炼钢厂45 t电弧炉上安装了美国PTI公司JetBox集束射流枪及配套喷碳粉系统,并确定了适应本电炉自身特点的使用工艺,达到缩短冶炼时间、降低电耗、提高综合经济效益的目的。
JetBox pressure type injectors （PTI for short ）, made by American PTI Corp. , have been equipped for the 45 t EAF of JXGC. The procedure of JetBox operation was determined in combination with the characteristics of EAF. As a result, less melting time and power consumption and higher economic benefit were achieved.
