高原康胶囊对人体在高原环境下运动前后脉搏的影响 被引量:1

Changes of Gaoyuankang Capsule on the Pulse Before and after Exercise under the High Altitude Condition

摘要 目的:观察高原康胶囊对人体在高原环境下运动前后脉搏的影响。方法:将50例健康战士按体重随机分为高原康组和空白对照组,其中高原康组25例,对照组25例。分别于给药前、给药后150min、100m冲刺跑后0min、15min、30min、45min时测定两组的脉搏。结果:两组脉搏在给药前没有显著性差别(P>0.05),在给药150min后及运动后0min、15min、30min、45min高原康组脉搏均低于对照组(P<0.001)。高原康组脉搏在给药150min后降低,运动后0min时升至最高点,之后逐渐降低,运动后30min低于给药前。结论:高原康胶囊能改善机体缺氧症状,提高人体对高原缺氧的适应性。 Objective: To observe the effect of Gaoyuankang capsule on the body pulse before and after exercise at high altitude. Methods.. Fifty health soldiers were divided randomly into two groups by body weight. Gaoyuankang capsule group and control group, 25 cases in each, they were treated with Gaoyuan- kang capsule and placebo respectively. Their pulse were measured at berore administration of Gaoyuankang capsule , 150min after administration, and 0min,15min,30min,45min after 100m sprint running. Results: Their pulse between Gaoyuankang capsule group and control group hadn't difference significantly at before administration of drugs (P〉0.05), But the pulse of Gaoyuankang capsule group was lower than that of control group at 150min after administration, and 0min, 15min, 30min, 45min after 100m sprint running significantly(P〈0. 001). The pulse of Gaoyuankang capsule group fell at 150min after administration, but ascended to the vertex at 0min after 100m sprint running, and fell gradually. The pulse at 30min after 100m sprint running was lower than that at before administration. Conclusions: Gaoyuankang capsule can eliminate the symptoms resulted from shortage of oxygen, and improve the adaptability to the shortage of oxygen in the body in the high altitude condition.
