摘要
目的观察乌蔹莓的抗菌效果,为临床治疗提供科学依据。方法通过中药乌蔹莓对革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌等化脓菌株采用平皿法进行体外抗菌效应实验,并以中药制剂板蓝根和鱼腥草的注射液作对照。结果乌蔹莓对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、变形杆菌、伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌等均有抑菌效果,且抑菌作用强于鱼腥草和板蓝根。结论乌蔹莓具有明显的抗菌效应。
Objective To observe the anti - bacteria effect of Cayratia japonice so as to provide clinical treatment with scientific basis. Methods By applying plating, Anti - bacteria experiment was carried out to see the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine Cayratia japonica gagnep on G ^+ and G - pyogenic bacteria and compare the result of this experiment with that of tradi- tional Chinese medicine isatidis and herba. Results The results of the experiment indicated that cayratia japonica gagnep herb had obvious anti - bacteria effects on Staphylocossus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Colibacillus, Bacillus pyocganeus, Bacillus proteus, Typhoid bacillus and Dysentery bacillus, And the anti -bacteria effect was more powerful than that of isatidis and herba. Conclusion Cayratia japonica gagnep herb has obvious anti -bacteria effects.
