摘要
教师意识觉醒是当前国际教师教育研究的前沿课题。当代教育现象学者、批判教育学者、新教育社会学者用生动的隐喻来诠释教师角色。这些角色隐喻对教师专业意识觉醒有重要的启示。教师是“陌生的返乡人”,要具有发现意识;教师是“转化型知识分子”,应具有批判意识;教师是“非理性的人”,必须具有投入意识。
To awaken consciousness of a teacher is a front research subject-matter in the current international teacher education. Some vivid metaphors are often used to interpret teacherst roles by educational phenomenologists, critical educationists or sociologists of new education. Those metaphors of role have great inspirations for teacher consciousness. A teacher, as a stranger returning to his or her homeland, should have a kind of discovering consciousness. A teacher, as a transformation-oriented intellectual, should have critical consciousness. A teacher, as an irrational person, should have consciousness of involvement.
