摘要
由于航空旅客需求不能准确预测,往往造成航班收益损失,因此研究航班舱位柔性控制方法十分重要。本文研究了一种柔性控制方法—可召回制度,推导了高需求下召回时补偿和召回前补偿的期望净收益增量公式,以及低需求下召回前补偿的净收益增量公式,同时推导了几种情况下期望净收益增量大于零的条件。最后给出了实例分析,结果表明实施可召回制度能为航空公司增加收益。
It is extremely important for airlines to study the flexible seat inventory control issues to prevent flight revenue from spoiled due to inaccurate prediction of air passenger demand. An approach to flexible seat inventory control which is called as recallable system is addressed in this paper. We derived the formulas of revenue increment expectation for the compensation ways at recalling and before recalling when passenger demand is high, and the formula of revenue increment when passenger demand is low. We also derived the conditions for positive net revenue increment when recallable system was adopted. Finally we gave a few instance analyses which show that recallable system can increase flight revenue for airlines in general.
