摘要
定义新的、与结构故障有关的特征参数—残余能量后,推导了各自由度对残余能量贡献的表达式。故障发生前,系统不提供任何残余能量;故障发生后,由于结构物理参数的变化,产生了残余能量,根据各阶模态下的残余能量,诊断故障的发生与否及严重程度。计算出每一自由度对残余能量的贡献,贡献最大者即为与故障有关的自由度,从而可诊断故障的位置。数字仿真与实物试验的结果表明本文方法可行,且适合多故障和复杂结构的故障诊断。
An approach for structure fault diagnosis by residual energy(RE)is presented in this paper,in whichthe characteristic parameters RE associating with structure fault is defined,and formula on contribution of eachdegree of freedom(DOF)to RE is derived. Before the occurrence of damage,RE of a system for each modal is equalto zero. After the occurrence of damage,RE is no longer equal to zero due to changes of structure physical parameters. The more serious the structure fault is,the more RE is. According to the contribution of each DOF to RE,thelocation of structure fault can be determined. The proposed approach may be also used to diagnose multi-fault andcomplex structure fault. Results of digital simulation and specimen test show that the proposed approach is feasibleand effective.
