摘要
对柑橘籽中柠檬苦素的脱脂、索氏提取以及结晶等工艺进行了优化,并对所获得的产品进行了抑菌试验研究。优化的柠檬苦素提取工艺如下:在温度32℃,pH值为6.5条件下,采用石油醚(60~90℃)脱脂8h效果最好;最佳索氏提取工艺为:丙酮在80℃条件下,索氏提取8h;而二氯甲烷∶异丙醇以1∶4为最优结晶溶剂。抑菌试验结果表明,该工艺提取获得的柠檬苦素对枯草芽孢杆菌和地衣芽孢杆菌的生长有一定的抑制作用。
The extraction technology of limonin in Citrus seeds, which includes the defat, Surname extraction, and crystallining, were studied. And the antibiotic actions of the limonin obtained by the optimal technology were also tested. The resuits showed that the better defat condition was defating 8 hours with petro-ether at the temperature of 32 ℃ and pH 6.5, and the optimal Surname extraction and crystallining technology were extracting 8 hours with propanol at 80 ℃ and crystallining with dichloromethane and isopropanol at the ratio of 1 : 4 (v/v) , respectively. The product had antibiotic effects on the growth of Bacillus subtilis and B.licheniformis in some extent.
