摘要
产业集群的形成是现代经济发展中一个非常重要的现象。依据波特的“钻石”模型理论,目前,我国软件产业已具有集群发展的各驱动因素,结合南京发展软件产业的优势和实际,软件产业应采取“两园多基地”的集群发展战略,统筹规划,进一步优化产业集群的各驱动要素,实施以两个国家级软件园为品牌和龙头,扩张并带动重点城区建设适度集中的产业集群。同时注重资本迁移带动模式,以招商促产业集群,最终打造中国南京软件城。
The formation of industrial cluster is a very important phenomenon in the development of modern economy.According to Porter's 'diamond' model,China's software industry has possessed the prerequisites to the industrial cluster.Taking into consideration its strong points and local conditions,the software industry in Nanjing is suggested to take the strategy of 'focusing on the two national sci-tech zones and developing other bases' to establish and expand the industrial clusters in some districts.The government serves to make an overall planning and optimize the industrial structure.Meanwhile,the favorable policies for attracting capital should also be introduced to facilitate the development of industrial cluster.In doing so,we expect to build Nanjing into China's software city in the future.
