摘要
自助旅游是一种迅速发展的新兴旅游形式,其游客行为特征具有个性化、多样性等特点.九寨沟作为比较成熟的生态旅游地,自助游客群在急剧增加.通过调查问卷形式统计分析了九寨沟自助游客的人口统计学特征、客源地特征、需求特征和消费特征.在此基础上提出了丰富旅游产品、完善设施、加强宣传、规范服务等措施.
Self-help tour is a new developing tourist form, vistors＇ behavior characteristics have individual and diversified feature. As a ripe ecotourist region the self-help vistors of Jiu Zhai Gou scenic spot increase quickly. This paper counts up and analyses the self＇help vistors feature of statistic population,where they come from, how about their requirement and consumption based on the investigation. The countmeasures include enriching tourist products, perfecting equipment, strengthening publicity and standardizing service.
