摘要
目的探讨莲心碱对大鼠局灶性脑缺血损伤的保护作用。方法采用大鼠大脑中动脉线栓(MCAO)法制备局灶性脑缺血模型,将24只SD雄性大鼠,随机分为3组假手术组、缺血组和莲心碱组,假手术组线栓插入颈内动脉深度仅为1cm,而缺血组和莲心碱组分别于阻断大脑中动脉后,舌静脉注射生理盐水和莲心碱3mg.kg-1。用ZeaLonga评分标准对神经系统损伤程度进行评估,TTC染色计算脑缺血体积。结果与假手术组比较,缺血组大鼠神经系统损伤症状明显,脑缺血体积增大。与缺血组比较,莲心碱显著改善大鼠的神经系统损伤症状,减少脑缺血体积。结论莲心碱对大鼠局灶性脑缺血有保护作用。
Objective: To explore the protective effect of Liensinine on the rats with focal Cerebral ischemia.Methods:The model of focal cerebral ischemia was established by Middle Cerebral Artery Occlusion (MCAO).24 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham operation group, ischemia group, Liensinine group.In the sham operation group, the depth of the line bolt to insert the artery inside the neck to is 1 cm only, but in the ischemia group and the Liensinine group, after stopping the artery in the brain, the tongue intravenous injections were done respectively with physiology brine and Liensinine 3 mg·kg -1 .Then the Zea Longa grade point standard was used to valuate the hurt degree of the nervous system, the TTC stain was applied to calculate volume ratio of the cerebral ischemia.Results:Compared with the rats in the sham operation group, the nervous system injury was obvious and the cerebral ischemia volume was found to enlarge in those of the ischemia group.And the nervous system injury was significantly improved in the Liensinine group, the cerebral ischemia volume was also much smaller in the group than in the ischemia group.Conclusion: Liensinine was shown to possess a protective effect against the cerebral ischemia injury of rats.
