摘要
目的对肉苁蓉属4个种进行鉴别。方法采用可溶性蛋白质SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳。结果肉苁蓉属4个种的SDS-PAGE图谱存在显著差异,其多态性条带为81.82%。结论各个种的电泳图谱可以相互区别,肉苁蓉属可溶性蛋白的SDS-PAGE图谱可作为种间鉴定的蛋白指纹图谱。
Objective To identify four species of Cistanche Hoffing. et Link. Methods SDS-PAGE Electrophoresis of soluble proteins was used. Results Their degrees of polymorphism were 81. 82%. Each species which had its own unique band pattern distinguish from the others. Conclusion The electrophoresis pattern of SDS-PAGE of soluble proteins can be regarded as protein fingerprints for identification of various species of Cistanche Hoffing. et Link.
