摘要
本文以５０ｍｌ比色管作消化容器，硝酸－高氯酸混酸消化中成药阿胶，采用火焰原子吸收法测定其中的铜；石墨炉法测定其中的铬、镉、铅；氢化物法测定其中的砷、锑、锡。以硝酸－硫酸加过氧化氢水浴加热消化处理样品、采用冷原子法测定其中的汞，均取得较满意的结果。
Methods for the determination of eight metal elements by AAS in Ejiao, one of the Chinese traditional medicines,are developed in this paper.With HNO3-HClO4 mixed acid digesting Ejiao sample in a 50ml testing tube, Cu is assayed by flame AAS, Cr, Cd and Ph determined by GFAAS,and the As,Sb and Sn determined by hydride generation AAS.Hg can be assayed by cold atom AAS with the sample pretreated by a mixture of HNO3,H2SO4 and hydrogen peroxide in a 50ml testing tube and heated on the water bath.
