摘要 本文用紫外二阶导数光谱辅助以紫外光谱研究了HSA(humanserumalbumin,人血清白蛋白)中芳香族氨基酸残基微环境的变化。乙醇诱导的变化可以用溶剂效应来解释,丙酮的效应较为复杂,可能还与它的π电子有关。 This paper uses the second order derivative spectroscopy to study the change of the environment surrounding the aromatic amino acid residues in the human serum albumin.The alcohol-induced change may be explained by the solvent effects. The complicated change induced by acetone involves its π electrons as likely as not besides solvent effects.
