摘要
交通分配是四阶段理论的重要组成部分，在对现有交通分配方法认识的基础上，通过对比交通网络和多维空间集成电路，认为两者具有很强的相似性。因此，参考计算机对集成电路性能指标的数值分析方法，提出了基于电路理论的SOR法迭代求解交通分配算法。
The traffic-OD information is one of the important thereunders in traffic analyse and forecast, and is the important foundation of highway network planning and develop feasibility research of highwy project. Through research the relation between road network and traffic- OD, I get two factual methods to stimulate traffic-OD. Using two stimulating methods, we can calculate traffic-OD more and more exactitude and integrity.
