摘要
用正交试验法对藏药兔耳草中的黄酮类化合物提取工艺进行了优选研究,采用正交表L9(34),以提取时间,提取次数,提取剂中乙醇含量以及料液比为因素,以总黄酮显色液的吸光度为指标进行试验,得到最佳提取参数为:提取剂浓度80%,超声提取时间30分钟,提取次数3次,料液比1∶9.
The optimum technology of extracting flavones in the Tibet herbalagotis was studied by orthogonal test. An orthogonal test table L9 (3^4 ) was used with the factors of extracting time and repetition time, ethanol concentrantion and the ratio of solid to liquid . The content of total flavones was detennined by spectrophotometry. The optimum technongy was: time 30minute three times,80% ETOH as extracting solvent,solid to liquid ratio 1:9.
