摘要
目的:优选咽宁含片的水提取工艺条件。方法:没食子酸含量作为考察指标,以RP-HPLC法测定没食子酸含量,以加水量、浸泡时间、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为影响因素,选用L9(34)表进行正交实验。结果:优选工艺为加水量8倍,浸泡2h,煎煮3次,每次煎煮2h。结论:优选工艺提取的浸膏中没食子酸含量较高。
Objective ：To optimize the technology of water extraction for Yanning Buccal tablets. Methods：The content of gallic acid was determinated by HPLC as the marker of detectation. Water multiple, hours of soakage, hours of detoction, time of detoction were selected as influencing factors and table L9 （34） was used to do orthogonal design experiment. Results.The optimum technology of water extraction was that the medicinal materials was soaked for two hours with eight times of water and boiled three times, two hours for each time. Conclusion：The content of gallic acid obtained was much bv the opitmum technology.
