摘要
阐述了应用型本科教育在实行导师制的教育教学改革中,班级导师角色的多重性、工作的多元性及其业务水平的专业化等问题。通过班级导师工作的实践、探索与思考,探讨了班级导师如何在“导”字上创造性地开展工作等多方面问题。
In the reform of educating and teaching in applied undergraduate colleges, the system of “class tutor” is being practiced. The multiple functions and professional ability of “class tutor”, the plural qualities of the work in applied undergraduate education are expounded and approached from different angles. By analyzing the practice of the class tutor's work, the question on how to guide students is discussed.
