摘要
利雅得瓦蒂纳玛大桥设计为双肢空心高墩加挑臂巨型盖梁,施工采用液压爬架翻模,并且以双肢柱联体平台形式同时进行2个支柱的施工,当施工到墩顶最后一节模板时,再将爬升平台转换为盖梁施工膺架平台,进行盖梁施工。介绍双肢高墩联体平台液压爬模施工技术。
The substructure of Wadi Namar Bridge, Riyadh is designed as double-shaft high- rise hollow piers plus huge cantilever capping beams. In the construction of the Bridge, the form for concreting of the pier shafts is turned over by hydraulic climb framework and the two shafts of a pier are simultaneously concreted on the joined platform between the shafts. As construction proceeds to the last segment close to the pier top, the climb joined platform is converted to a scaffolding platform on which the capping beam is then concreted. In this paper, the construction techniques of the joined platform and hydraulic climb form for the double-shaft high-rise piers are presented.
