摘要
用PCR的方法,扩增了伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)gp50基因的一段较为保守区(216bp).检测了不同PRV毒株感染的BHK细胞以及接种的家兔,并对PCR检测的灵敏性作了初步研究,结果表明,PCR法扩增gp50基因具有较高特异性和灵敏性。
In this paper,a conservative fragment(216 bp) in gp50 gene of pseudorabies virus(PRV) was amplified by PCR technique.BHK 21 cells infected by different kinds of PRV strains and inoculated rabbits were detected.The sensitivity of PCR detection was also studied.The results demonstrated that PCR technique was quite special and sensitive to amplify gp50 gene and it was an effective method for detection PRV.
