摘要
中国AMC经过五年多的处置运作后,2004年财政部建立了AMC资产处置回收目标考核责任制方案,随着“两率”承包方案的实施和政策性不良资产处置最后期限的明确,AMC面临着未来转型改革与发展的新课题。通过对AMC改革与发展前景及转型模式的分析与选择,对AMC改革与发展中需要着力解决的若干关键问题作深入研究和分析,旨在探寻适合中国国情的AMC转型与发展之路。
After five years＇ running of Chinese AMC, Financial Ministry established a serious of AMC responsibilitychecking project on assets disposal and collecting target. As the implementation of two - rates contracts and the definition of disposal deadline on purchasing by policy non - performing loan, AMC is faced with a new challenge in its future transformation, reform and development. This paper researchs deeply on several crucial issues in the processs of AMC reform and development and tries to find out a suitable Chinese style AMC transforming and developing by analysing the AMC＇s prospects and the options of its transforming pattern.
