摘要
目的探讨连续性血液净化(continuous blood purification,CBP)在救治危重病患者中的护理对策。方法对30例危重病患者进行CBP治疗,在治疗模式、治疗时间、治疗剂量、抗凝方式、液体平衡、血管通路的保护及预防体外循环凝血等方面进行护理研究。结果CBP治疗过程顺利。患者的临床症状得到有效改善,30例患者中,存活18例,死亡12例。结论CBP是危重病患者救治中的重要治疗手段,熟练的操作技术,科学的护理方法,是CBP治疗成功的关键。
Objective To explore the nursing on continuous blood purification （CBP） in treating patients. Methods 30 patients with severe diseases were treated with CBP. The treatment mode, treatment time, treatment dosage, anti-coagulate method, body fluid balance; the protection of vascular access and the prevention of extracorporeal coagulation were studied. Results After receiving CBP therapy, the patients＇ symptoms were improved effectively. Among 30 patients, 18 cases survived and 12 cases died. Conclusions CBP is an essential treatment for severe patients. The skillful technique and the scientific nursing play an important role in successful CBP.
