摘要
为降解油烟中的有害成分,筛选能针对性降解油烟中的脂类、甲苯、己醛的不同的菌种,分别进行纯种培养,混合挂膜,15天后测定温度、入口浓度、气流量和湿度对油烟降解能力的影响。结果表明:在直径为250mm,填料高度为300mm,以大小为20mm×20mm×10mm梧桐木块为填料的填料塔中,降解的最佳温度为30℃;湿含量为60%。当油烟入口浓度小于400mg.m-3,气体流速小于0.6m3.h-1时,降解效率可达到90%以上。在长时间运行的条件下生物填料塔的降解能力稳定在90%左右。
Different bacterium strains which can specially degrade grease, toluene and hexanal were cultured separately and mix inoculated in a biofiher. The diameter of the biofiher was 250mm and the height of the filling was 300mm. The biofiher was filled with pieces of phoenix tree wood (20mm × 20mm × 10mm). The performance of the pilot - scale biofiher in the treatment of oil smoke was evaluated with the following operational parameters : gas - flow rate, temperature, and inlet concentration. It is found that the optimal operation temperature is 30℃, and that a moisture content of 60% contributes significantly in the performance of the biofilter.. When the inlet concentration is less than 400mg/m3, the gas - flow rate is less than 0.6m^3/h, the removal efficiency is above 90%. The long - term performance of the biofilter is stable and the removal efficiency can stay at about 90%.
