摘要 对二次旋转凹曲面来说,圆心在对称轴上的内切圆与母线只有一个交点即切点。根据二次曲面的这一几何特点,同时考虑到工程上常用的非球面光学零件大部分是曲率较小,非球面度也较小的实际情况,本文提出用圆盘形刀具来加工这类非球面的方法。用几个不同半径的圆盘刀具,采用分段“接力式”的加工方式,实现对非球面的加工。计算表明,当母线上各点的(R/ρ)m in>0.8时,一般只用两个不等半径的圆盘刀具加工,就可以得到面形误差绝对值不大于5/1000 mm的精度,文中给出了若干算例。 For all of the revolving concave quadric surface, the inscribed circle, which the centre of circle is on symmetrical axis, must have one point of intersection with the generatrix, we call it tangential point, because of the most of non - sphere surface optical parts that is used in engineering have smaller curvature and degree, this paper use a especial way to process non - sphere surface base on the geometry character of quadratic curve. The way use several discal cutting tools which have different radii, adopt the process of subsection and relay mode, achieve the process of non - sphere surface. The result indicates when all the points of generatrix have the minimum value of (R/p) is greater than 0. 8, tow discal cutting tools which have unequal radii are needed in the process of the work only. And the absolute value precision of surface shape error would not be greater than 5/1000 mm.
