摘要
针对成型辊的服役环境,对成型辊的开裂和磨损原因进行了分析。结果表明,成型辊与管坯相对滑动引起的摩擦和成型辊表面被反复加热和冷却而引起的热疲劳导致了成型辊的热疲劳磨损;开裂是由热应力引起的热疲劳开裂,并从理论上推算了热应力的大小,分析了热疲劳破坏的可能性。本文还在提高成型辊寿命方面作了一些探讨,试验表明改用40Cr钢渗硼,效果良好。
The cause analysis on crack and abrasion of the steel tube roller was carried out according to its working condition. The results show that the friction between the roller and the steel tube and the thermal stress from the repeated heating and cooling on the roller's surface are the main factors to cause the thermal fatigue abrasion. The crack is a kind of thermal fatigue crack resulting from thermal stress. The thermal stress value was calculated in theory and the possibility of thermal fatigue crack was analyzed. Result from the experiments to improve the roller's service life shows that it will get excellent effect to use boronized 40Cr steel instead of 5CrMnMo steel.
