不同浓度钙离子对百合幼苗抗冷性的影响 被引量:11

The effect of different consistency Ca^(2+) treatments on the ability of Lilium spp seedling of resistance in cold temperature

摘要 以东方百合杂交种索邦为试验材料,用5种不同浓度CaCl2浸泡百合鳞茎12h,然后栽种于试验地内,进行正常田间管理。待百合幼苗叶片出土后,在7℃条件下进行冷害胁迫,在不同时间取其叶片进行生理指标测定。结果表明,钙能显著提高百合幼苗叶片在冷胁迫下的保护酶活性、保护性物质含量,降低了电解质渗透率、MDA含量,提高了百合幼苗的抗冷性。 Using cross-seed of lily named Sorbonne to do the experiment, we put the stems into five different concentrations 12 hours, plant the stems to the grand, give them natural management. When the young plants grow out, put them into 7 ℃ to carry out cold temperature experiment, at the different time to test the physiology of blade. Result shows that Ca^2+ can not only obviously improve the activity of the protective enzyme, substance of protective, but also can reduce the rate of electro analysis infiltrate, and content of MDA, at the same time strenghen the ability of resistance at low temperature.
