摘要
用转矩流变仪考察了影响聚丙烯共混体系流动性能的因素,结果表明:随着三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)含量的提高,其流变性能变差;功能化聚丙烯的加入有利于提高其流动性;随着润滑剂氧化聚乙烯蜡的加入,可显著改善其流动性,但过多时流动性并不显著提高。几种偶联剂处理填料滑石粉/聚丙烯树脂共混体系,测试了其力学性能,结果表明用硅烷偶联剂处理效果最好。
The influence factors on rheological characteristics of polypropylene blend were studied by rheometer. The result showed that : The rheological characteristics of polypropylene blend will decrease with the higher EPDM ; and it will increase by the joining of polypropylene with function ; and it will increase with the adding of oxide-polyethylene. Some coupling agents were used between talc and polypropylene blend, the silicone coupling agents was the best.
