摘要
分析了某发射装置发射电路盒中的故障现象,利用可靠性强化试验技术,进行继电器的故障排查,使产品缺陷迅速暴露,复现了外场使用时的故障模式,分析了其失效机理,并提出了合理的改进建议。
The failure of launch control device is analyzed, and the trouble shooting to the relay is performed by using the reliability enhancement testing . And by this means, the failure of relay occurred in field is re-occurred for analyzing the failure mechanism. Then, the rational improvement suggestion is put forward.
