摘要
回顾了“九五”特色数据库的建设成绩,介绍了CALIS“十五”全国高校专题特色库的建设思路,包括建设内容、标准规范、系统结构、管理机制和运作程序等,总结了项目建设方面的一些特点。
The article gives review on the achievements of Special Subject Databases during the 9th 5- year plan, introduces the thoughts of CALIS Special Subject Database during the 10th 5-year plan including its content, standards and norms, system structure, management mechanisms and operational procedures. Finally it summarizes some features of the project.
