摘要
对一种新型电站锅炉无油点火煤粉燃烧器的着火燃烧过程建立数学模型,利用CFX软件对高温空气直接加热点燃煤粉气流的过程进行了数值模拟,得到了点火室内温度场和浓度场分布,并且重点讨论了不同煤粉浓度对煤粉气流着火的影响。计算结果表明,在一定的运行条件下,煤粉气流的稳定着火只发生在一定的煤粉浓度范围内。所进行的理论模拟计算与现场试验结果具有良好的一致性。
A mathematical model for pulverized coal ignition and combustion in a new combustor for station boiler has been established, and the numerical predictions have been achieved by using CFX software. The paper focuses the discussion on effect of coal concentration on pulverized coal ignition. The numerical prediction results show a stable ignition of coal powder stream only takes place in a range of coal powder concentration in certain operation condition. The theoretical prediction results have also got a good agreement with experimental ones.
