摘要
目的了解近3年急诊领域中护理论文发表情况。方法统计2003-2005年《中华护理杂志》《护士进修杂志》《护理学杂志》《解放军护理杂志》《南方护理学报》《护理管理杂志》6种护理期刊急诊护理论文第一作者的学历、职称、职务、发表论文数、所在省份等信息。结果载文作者主要以大专和本科学历为主;中级职称居多(58.2%);护理管理者占一定比例(36.9%);高频作者较少;沿海经济较发达省份发表论文比例较高,发表率较高的省份是广东、湖北、浙江、山东和上海。结论提示大专以上学历护理人员和护理管理者科研能力较强,固定护理科研群体有待形成,护理管理者要充分利用自身优势,带领护理人员进行护理科研工作,提高急诊急救护理群体的综合素质。
Objective To understand the author＇s information of the published papers on emergency nursing. Methods We analyzed the information concerning the first author having published papers in the 6 nursing periodicals including Chinese Journal of Nursing, Journal of Nursing Training, Journal of Nursing Science, Nursing Journal of Chinese People＇s Liberation Army, Nanfang Journal of Nursing and Journal of Nursing Administration, in respect to their education, professional titles and positions, the number of published papers and the provinces they work in. Results The authors mainly held the associate degree or bachelor＇s degree, most of them were at intermediate professional title （58.2%）. Nursing administrators took the percentage of 36.9% and few were high-frequent authors. The authors working at the provinces along the developed coastal areas took a large proportion, with such provinces or municipality like Guangdong, Hubei, Zhejiang, Shandong and Shanghai accounting for a large proportion. Conclusion The nurses holding academic career more than associate degree or above and nursing administrators are powerful in scientific research. The stable team of nursing researchers is coming up. The nursing administrators need to make use of their own advantages, leading nurses to the scientific research of nursing so as to improve the holistic quality of nursing groups in emergency department.
