摘要
阐述了当前电力信息化建设所面临的“瓶颈”,提出了以打造客户满意(“CS”)战略与企业资产管理(EAM)、IT基础设施库(ITIL)相结合的具有电力企业特色的管理体系为核心的IT服务管理理念,以IT服务管理助力电力企业信息化建设可持续性发展。
The bottleneck of the construction of electric power information was expounded. To promote the sustainable development of the construction of electric power information, the ideology of electric power enterprise featured IT service and management system, which is coordinated with the strategy of client satisfactory (CS) ,enterprise asset management (EAM) and IT infrastructure library (ITIL) ,was put forward.
