摘要
针对发动机轮盘疲劳萌生寿命具有较大分散性,且难于准确确定安全寿命边界的特点,基于应变疲劳概率分析模型,以转速、材料属性、盘轴连接销钉孔处过盈量作为随机变量,应用响应面与蒙特卡洛模拟结合,获得某涡轮盘寿命概率分布,并得到可靠度为99.87%的概率寿命,与轮盘试验技术寿命吻合良好。
Crack initiation life behaves large scatter which induces inconvenience in the evaluation of the safe boundary in predicting low cycle fatigue (LCF) life of disks. To determine the safety life, a probability model based on strain fatigue was introduced to take into account the random factors such as rotating speed, material property and the interference between pin bolt and pinhole. Then the distribution of the disk fatigue life was acquired through the combination of the response surface method and Monte-Carlo simulation. Finally, the life with reliability level of 99.87 % was derived and fitted well with the technical life of the disk based on test evaluation.
