One─dimensional Mathematical Simulation for Heat Transfer in Furnace of Pulverized Coal Boiler

摘要 在分析国内外炉膛常规传热计算方法的基础上,提出了煤粉炉炉膛传热一维工程化分区模型,并针对一台HG-670/140-6型锅炉炉膛传热情况对模型进行了试验验主。结果表明,模型计算结果与试验结果相符,为锅炉炉膛传热计算提供了一种新方法。 In this paper, based on methods for heat transfer calculation of furnaces and boilers, one dimensional model with engineering zone has been put forward for heat transfer in furnaces of pulverized coal boilers. The predictions of the mathematical model were compared with the experimental data taken in the test of HG-670/140-6 boiler, and the level of agreement was reasonable. A new calculation method was supplied for heat transfer in furnaces of pulverized coal boilers.
