聚合物解堵剂DOC-8已用于孤岛渤19注聚试验区注交联聚合物(弱凝胶)引起的地层堵塞。该剂为粒状,由强氧化剂过氧化钙(Ⅰ)和辅剂亚氨酸钠(Ⅱ),柠檬酸(Ⅲ)组成,其中Ⅰ与Ⅱ质量比为92:8,用清水或油田污水配咸水溶液使用,最佳组成为1%Ⅰ+3%Ⅲ+Ⅱ,此即1%DOC-8解堵液。1%DOC-8解堵液与HPAM/C2^3+凝胶在〉55℃以上反应〉5小时,凝胶中的HPAM完全降解,生成低黏度水溶液,借用标准规定的黏度法测反应液中HPAM分子量,求得降解率接近完全。DOC-8水溶液pH为7~9,腐蚀速率随浓度升高而降低,1%溶液为0.8564g/m^2。ha在含油的85%石英+15%黏土填砂管流动实验中,注入HPAM/C2^3+溶液并成胶后造成约41%的渗透率伤害,用1%DOC-8解堵液处理,进入深度达到岩心长度1/2时,渗透率恢复率63%;在填砂管前置入注聚水井凝胶堵塞物使渗透率下降57%,分五轮次用DOC-8+JCN-006(低伤害酸液)处理,进入深度达到岩心长度1/2时,渗透率恢复率达95%。图4表6参2。
A polymer blockage remover, DOC-8, has been put into use in polymer flood trial district Bo-19 of Gudao, Shengli, for removing reservoir blockages created by crosslinked polymer gel.DOC-8 is a granulated material composed of strong oxidizer CaO2 and auxiliaries NaClO2 and citric acid with CaO2 to NaC1O2 mass ratio 92: 8 and is used in solution of fresh or oilfield produced water with an optimal recept 1% CaO2 + 3 % NaC1O2 + citric acid, 1% DOC-8 solution in short. When 1% DOC-8 solution and an HPAM/ Cr^3+ flowing gel in equal volume are reacted at 〉55℃ in 〉5 hrs, the HPAM in the gel can be completed degradaded to give a low viscous solution, as shown by HPAM molecular mass determinations in the reaction mixmres by a standard viscosimetric method. Aqueous solutions of DOC-8 have pH values 7-9 and a low corrosion rate of 0.8564 g/m^2· h is observed for 1% DOC-8 solution, being deereased with increasing DOC-8 concentration. In core flow experiments on oil bearing sand packs containing 85 % quartz and 15 clay, cross, llnked polymer gel treatment causes 41% permeability damage and 1% DOC-8 solution treatment leads to 63% permeability recovery when DOC-8 reaching 1/2 core depth; placing gelatinous masses blockaged in production wells in front of the sand packs causes 57% permeability damage and a treatment by DOC-8+JCN-006 (a low damageing acidizing fluid) in 5 cycles and reaching 1/2 core depth leads to 95% permeability recovery.
