摘要
该文认为,面对我国大中城市人口激增和旧城区改造现状,发展城市外围居住区势在必行,由此带来大量新商业中心区的建设,在设计过程中,主要从级别确定和类型选择、区位选择、空间构成的确定三个方面着手。
With population proliferating and traditional districts rebuilding in the metropolis and other cities, development of residential parts is imperative in the suburb and outside. Accordingly lots of new business center will be built. In the course of design, those factors must be taken over, including corroborating level, selecting type, fixing situation and defining composition of space.
