摘要
目的研究如何合理选择受者进行单、双肺移植,以达到预期效果,减少手术死亡率,提高生存率。方法回顾分析20例单、双肺移植在选择受者上的合理性和缺陷。结果20例单、双肺移植15例存活(其中3例为双肺),5例死亡(均为单肺)。结论合理选择单、双肺移植受者是单、双肺移植成功的关键之一。
Objective To study how to reasonably select the recipients of single or bilateral lung transplantation, so that to achieve the desired results,to decrease the death rate and raise 5 years survival rate of the receivers after the transplantation. Methods Retrospective analysis of twenty cases of single or bilateral lung transplantation which were performed by our group was made to find both reasonableness and defects in the selection and assessment of the recipients before transplantation. Results Among the twenty lung-transplant recipients ,fifteen（ 12 single and 3 bilateral）had survival and five（ all single）died. Conclusions Reasonable selection of（ single and bilatend） lung-transplant recipients is one of the keys to a successful single or bilateral lung transplantation.
