TritonX-100和十二醇对乳状液稳定性的影响(英文)

摘要 研究了非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100以及助表面活性剂十二醇对O/W型乳状液稳定性的影响.结果表明十二醇能与TritonX-100产生较好的协同效应,使乳状液更稳定,但当十二醇浓度增大到0 .4 %(质量分数)后,随十二醇浓度增大,乳状液稳定性略有下降.光学图像显示含有十二醇的乳状液体系液珠数量多,平均粒径小,液珠尺寸范围分布窄. Experimental data are presented to show the influence of polyoxyethylene (9) oetyl phenyl ether and dodeeanol on the stability of oil - in - water emulsions. It is showeel that polyoxyethylene (9) oetyl phenyl ether and dodeeanol can produce a superposing effect on the stability of oil - in - water emulsions. The volume of the water separated from the emulsions decreases when dodeeanol exists in the systems. But, the volume of the water separated from the emulsions increases with the concentration of dodeeanol. The light microscopy photographs of emulsions show the more amount of the droplets of the emulsion, the smaller diameter of the droplets of the emulsion is smaller, and the range of the size of the droplets of the emulsion is narrower when dodeeanol exists in the systems.
